As one of the longest-running Broadway successes, Moonlight is excited to introduce this moving musical to its audiences. Two lovers - an American GI and a Vietnamese girl - are united in love but separated by war in a story set against the backdrop of the Vietnam conflict and the fall of Saigon. “Miss Saigon” is a modern re-telling of “Madame Butterfly” filled with Asian pageantry and a pop rock score by the creators of “Les Miserables,” Schonberg and Boublil. This award-winning musical features “The Heat is on in Saigon,” “Why God Why,” “Sun and Moon” and the heart-wrenching “I’d Give My Life for You.” The show contains mature themes, situations and language.
